The American Red Cross has been the leader in aquatics training for more than 90 years. 

The American Red Cross offers a state-of-the-art lifeguard certification. program for mid-level to strong swimmers who are at least 15 years old, contact your local Red Cross office to find out more. If you're not yet 15 but interested in becoming a lifeguard, check out our GuardStart program.
